Painting, enjoyable and relaxing... However, one thing I do not do much of. Working mostly on graphite commissions leaves little time for hobby projects, though I would like to change that.

I prefer to use watercolour, acrylic or a combination of the two as a medium. My work here takes much longer than graphite drawings as I like to capture the small details as I do with my pencil portraits.

A new venture in 2016 was the painting of canvas accessories. The idea came as a special request by a friend to have calla lilies designed on her wedding shoes. I used acrylic paint and finished them with a water-tight sealer, making them completely wearable! This made an already gorgeous bride stand out even more!
